POLICIES AND RATES

Capalbo Rental and Management Corp is the exclusive rental agent for this property and has such, inquires may be made directly to them at www.capalborental.com. Please advise them that Owen and Beverly Wheaton sent you!!! We ask that you occupy our villa in a quiet and dignified manner, protecting its contents against damage, loss, or theft and obey all rules and regulations that may apply. Please vacate the unit at the time and date indicated below, unless the term is extended by agreement by the owner. Telephone service is provided for your convenience. Long distance calls must be charged to your telephone calling card or major credit card. Reservations: A minimum reservation deposit of $300.00 is required to confirm each reservation longer than one week ($200.00 for each 1-week reservation) payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (U.S. funds), VISA or MasterCard. The reservation deposit is applied against rent, tax, departure cleaning, and other miscellaneous charges (total due). Security Deposit: Upon arrival a VISA or MasterCard imprint (for purpose of authorization only) in lieu of a cash security deposit of $100.00 is required. Alternately, we will accept $100.00 (U.S. funds) payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks. Any cash deposit would be refunded, in the form of a CAPALBO check, approximately 70 days after departure, less the cost to repair any damages and/or any long-distance telephone charges. Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date. There is a $50.00 charge for cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Reservations will be canceled for guests failing to check-in by 5:00 p.m. on the day following confirmed arrival date. No refunds for early departure. Payment:Total rent and taxes (currently at 11%) for entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. funds) upon arrival in the form of cash, traveler's checks, cashier's check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. (Payment by personal check must be received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy) Changes:There is a $50.00 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation Check-In location:At the office of Capalbo Rental & Management Corp. (unless otherwise specified) open 9a.m. to 5p.m., seven (7) days a week, located at 4700 34th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Utilities:Local phone service, water, and electricity are generally included in rates. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, CAMPERS, R.V.S, TRAILERS, BOATS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED.
